MOSCOW, March 17. /TASS/. The natural gas volumes prepaid by Ukraine will be enough for a week, the official spokesperson of Gazprom Sergey Kupriyanov told TASS.
"It will be enough for approximately a week," he added.
Gazprom received $15 million of an advance payment for the natural gas supplies in March. "According to estimates of the Naftogaz of Ukraine, this sum is enough for seven days under the existing natural gas withdrawal conditions," Gazprom said.
Gazprom received the previous $15 million payment from Ukraine on March 13.
Ukraine is currently importing the Russian natural gas in the volume around 10 billion cubic meters a day.
