Putin says 150 orders for Russia’s SuperJets-100 in portfolio

The Russian side is forming a considerable portfolio of orders for Agusta helicopters as well

MOSCOW, March 5. /TASS/. The portfolio of orders for Russia’s SuperJet-100 stands at 150 aircraft, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday after talks with visiting Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.

Putin said Russia’s Sukhoi aircraft builder jointly with its Italian partners was taking efforts to promote SuperJet on the international market.

"As of today, the portfolio of orders includes orders for 150 jets," Putin said.

Putin also said the project for the production of Agusta helicopters at a facility outside Moscow was rather promising. "The Russian side is forming a considerable portfolio of orders for these rotorcraft," he noted.
