NEW YORK, February 26. /TASS/. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) can decide against providing the $17.5 billion aid package to Ukraine if the conflict in the country's east escalates, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
The IMF board of directors comprising representatives of 188 states will review the new anti-crisis program for Ukraine on March 11. The Ukrainian authorities must fulfill a number of agreed preliminary conditions in order for the program to be reviewed.
