Russian government determines seven priority sectors in combating crisis

MOSCOW, January 28. /TASS /. The Russian government has published a crisis plan for 2015.

The document provides allocation of seven key areas for the implementation of measures to combat the crisis. Among them are support for import substitution and export of non-primary items, including high-tech products, promoting the development of small and medium-sized businesses, creating opportunities for raising finance in significant sectors of the economy, including the implementation of state defense orders, payment of additional inflationary costs for the low-income population, reducing labor market tensions, optimizing budget expenditures and increasing the stability of the banking system.
