MOSCOW, January 20. /TASS/. The Russian ministry of economic development and the Federal agency for state property management (Rosimushchestvo) have no objections to the transfer of part of Bashneft shares to the republic of Bashkortostan, the ministry’s press-service said.
Earlier, it was reported that the Moscow Arbitration Court in October granted the lawsuit by the Prosecutor General’s Office to return Bashneft stock to the state. The court ruled that a series of privatization deals were conducted with violations of Russia’s legislation.
