KHANTY-MANSIYSK, December 23. /TASS/. The UGRA SPb leasing company has filed two lawsuits against Russia’s UTair airline estimated at 1.1 billion rubles ($20 million) and 2 billion rubles ($36.3 million) respectively, according to court documents seen by TASS on Tuesday.

The Arbitration Court of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area has not yet initiated the proceedings.
