MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. Russian oil giant Rosneft’s output will surpass 250 million tons of oil equivalent, according to preliminary reports, the company said in a statement upon results of a meeting of the Rosneft board of drectors which approved a business plan for 2015-2016.
According to preliminary reports, growth of Rosneft reserves exceeded the targets and is expected to be more than 450 million tons of oil equivalent in 2014. In particular, the drilling of the northernmost global well Universitetskaya-1 was successfully completed that resulted in the exploration of the Pobeda oil field.
