BRUSSELS, December 15. /TASS/. Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have signed a memorandum on a $200 million loan to upgrade Ukraine’s gas transportation network, European Commission Vice-President for Energy Union Maros Sefcovic said on Monday.
“Today Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and EBRD Managing Director Riccardo Puliti have signed a memorandum on granting a new loan to Ukraine,” Sefcovic said.
