MOSCOW, December 10. /TASS/. The board of directors of Russian oil company Bashneft has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting, when shareholders will elect a new board, for March 11, the company said in a statement Wednesday.
The register will close on December 22.
Currently, the board is led by multi-industry holding AFK Sistema’s First Vice President Felix Yevtushenkov, and it consists of Didier Baudrand, former vice president of BP, Bashneft President Alexander Korsik, Independent Director Charles Watson and seven Sistema’s top managers.
