SOCHI, November 28. /TASS/. Russian state-owned oil company Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin on Friday criticized the idea of a global oil reserve, calling to pay more attention to providing access to infrastructure.

“The creation of a certain global reserve seems to me to be a poorly developed idea yet,” Sechin told journalists.

The Rosneft CEO said solutions to ensure accessibility of infrastructure for all producers and consumers and universalization of tariff formation are more promising.
