MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Russia’s veterinary and phytosanitary watchdog has imposed an import ban on meat and dairy products supplies of eight Belarussian companies from November 26, the watchdog said in a statement on Monday.
“Due to the seriousness of violations, the service has decided to impose temporary restrictions on supplies to Russia of production by Belarussian companies, including Agrokombinat Skidelsky, Vitebsk Broiler Poultry Plant, Servolux Agro, Vitebsk Meat Packing Plant, Zhlobinsky Meat Processing Plant, Kalinkovichsky Meat Processing Plant, Rogachev milk canning plant and Rassvet Poultry Factory,” it said.
The production of these companies does not meet Russian requirements.
