Russia's Polyus Gold board approves Pavel Grachyov as CEO

Grachyov will also retain his seat at the company's board of directors

MOSCOW, November 17. /TASS/. The board of directors of Russia’s top gold producer Polyus Gold International has appointed interim CEO Pavel Grachyov as permanent CEO of the company, Polyus Gold said Monday.

Grachyov will also retain his seat at the company's board of directors.

Currently, Grachyov is also a chairman of the board of directors of Nafta Moskva, owned by businessman Suleiman Kerimov, which controls 40.2% in Polyus Gold.
