BRICS leaders disappointed with non-fulfilment of IMF reform

BRISBANE, November 15. /TASS/. Leaders of the BRICS developing-nation grouping of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are disappointed with non-fulfilment of an International Monetary Fund IMF reform and suggest discussing further steps, if the United States does not ratify reforms before the end of 2014.

If the U.S. does not ratify the 2010 reforms by the end of this year, BRICS leaders urged the Group of Twenty (G20) to plan debate on variants of further steps which the IMF will present in January 2015, BRICS leaders said in a statement for media after their meeting on the sidelines of the ongoing G20 summit in Australian city of Brisbane on Saturday.
