BEIJING, November 8. /TASS/. Russian Economic Development Minister Aleksey Ulyukayev does not anticipate recession in the first half of 2015, he told reporters on the sidelines of the APEC summit on Saturday.

Earlier, the ministry reported in an official macroeconomic forecast that GDP would increase by 0.5% this year and climb 1.2% in 2015.
