BRUSSELS, October 30 /TASS/ - Russia, Ukraine and the European Union have agreed on terms of gas delivery and transit in winter period that will last until late March 2015, a source close to negotiations told TASS on Thursday.
The final documents are expected to be signed at 23:45 Moscow time.
