MOSCOW, August 27./ITAR-TASS/. Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to use composite pipes produced by state-run technological giant Rusnano to construct two reserve gas pipelines, the giant said in a statement Wednesday.

Gazprom may build a 90-kilometer gas pipeline branch in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and a 14-kilometer underwater section of the main pipeline Yamburg-Tula-2 in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District.

Composite pipes and components will be developed by Composite, a unit of Rusnano.
