MOSCOW, August 06. /ITAR-TASS/. The maximum number of foreign citizens that may be invited to the positions of crew commanders of air vehicles in the Russian Federation is set to be 200 persons a year. A respective decision of the government is published on Wednesday.
"It is stipulated that the maximum number of foreign nationals who may be invited by Russia's legal entities and individual operators engaging in commercial transportation by air and carrying out aerial work shall be 200 people a year to positions of commanders of civil air vehicles," the government decision reads.
The powers to assign jobs to the maximum number of foreign nationals whom enterprises have the right to hire as commanders of air vehicles and to take account of the actually concluded labour contracts are assigned to Rosaviatsiya (Federal Air Transport Agency).
