KIEV, August 02, /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine can create a free trade area with Canada and Uzbekistan within a year, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Pavel Sheremeta said on Saturday.
“We are engaged in negotiations on a free trade area with different countries. This is what we can and should do. These are North America and one of the Central Asian countries was discussed yesterday,” he told the UNIAN news agency.
He named specifically Canada and Uzbekistan. Negotiations with them were conducted in July.
