Microsoft pension fund owns 13,500 shares in Russia’s Yandex owner

NEW-YORK, June 25. /ITAR-TASS/. A pension fund of US-based corporation Microsoft, Microsoft Corporation Savings Plus, has purchased 13,500 shares in Yandex N.V., a sole owner of Russian Internet giant Yandex, according to the fund’s annual report for the 2013 fiscal year to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, seen by PRIME on Wednesday.

As of December 31, 2013, the Microsoft fund’s stake in Yandex N.V. was estimated at $582,525.

The fund, whose total assets reach $11.263 billion, had not owned any Yandex N.V. shares before.
