MOSCOW, June 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has received a second request from Cyprus-based Palesora Limited to buy Pharmacy Chain 36.6, the service said in a statement Tuesday.
The previous bid was rejected due to inaccurate ownership data.
The service did not set the date for a decision, but said that the standard consideration of such bids is one month.
The Cyprus company owns 100% in Russian pharmacy chain A.V.E., which was to be merged with Pharmacy Chain 36.6.
