ST. PETERSBURG, May 22. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Helicopters has signed an agreement to set up a joint venture with Radioelectronic Technologies to produce aviation electronics for helicopters, a representative for the company said Thursday following a signing ceremony at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Both of Russian Helicopters and Radioelectronic Technologies are the affiliates of state-owned industrial corporation Rostec.
The amount of investments in the joint venture was not disclosed.
Russian Helicopters and Radioelectronic Technologies are already cooperating in the creation of the Mi-171A2 helicopter model.
