Moscow intends to have “detailed talks on the whole situation in the energy sphere,” Russian Permanent Representative at the European Union Vladimir Chizhov told ITAR-TASS.Tripartite talks between Russia, Ukraine and the EU over gas transit supplies may be held in Warsaw on May 2. “Russian Energy Minister Novak had a telephone conversation with EU Energy Commissioner Gunther Oettinger. The negotiators agreed preliminarily to hold consultations on tripartite talks in Warsaw in May,” Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak’s spokesperson Olga Golant said on Monday.
