MOSCOW, March 20, /ITAR-TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend an annual congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) on Thursday, the Kremlin press service said.
The congress will focus on de-offshorization of the economy. It will ponder ways to enhance business transparency and improve labor productivity, labor legislation and investment climate.
At the congress, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Business Russia, OPORA Rossii, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry plan to sign an agreement on cooperation to prepare and carry out a national review of the investment climate in Russian regions.
Putin customarily takes part in RSPP congresses. At the upcoming forum, he is expected to deliver a speech on interaction between the state and business.
