NOVO-OGAREVO, March 05. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine has informed Russia that the country would not be able to pay fully for gas in February, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday.
“Our Ukrainian colleagues informed us that they will not be able to pay fully for gas in February,” Miller said, adding that Kiev’s aggregate gas debt is already nearing $2 billion.
