MOSCOW, February 18. /ITAR-TASS/. Inflation in Russia in February was expected at the level of 0.6%, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Andrei Klepach told reporters on Tuesday.
In reply to the query whether a weakening of the rouble would tell on inflation rate in February, Klepach said “I don’t think it will have its effect in February, but later it will, I think”.
He said annual inflation at the moment was 6.1 to 6.2%, and had a general tendency towards decline.
