Rosneft increases oil export to China by 48% in January

MOSCOW, February 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Rosneft has increased oil export to China by almost 48% in January 2014 and reached 1.948 million tonnes, according to the Central Dispatching Department of the Fuel and Energy Complex.

In December 2013, Rosneft supplied 1.394 million tonnes of oil to China and 15.753 million tonnes in 2013.

In the first quarter of 2014, the company should supply 5.618 million tonnes of oil to China.

In June 2013, Rosneft and China National Petroleum Corporation signed a contract on supplies of 360.3 million tonnes of oil within 25 years at the sum of $270 billion. The contract envisions the increase in oil supplies to China in January 2014.
