Surgutneftegaz five managers to leave board of directors.

MOSCOW, February 03. /ITAR-TASS/. Surgutneftegaz’s board of directors has approved 10 candidates to nine positions of a new board, the company said in a report on Monday.

Five managers - Sergei Ananyev, Igor Gorbunov, Taisiya Klinovskaya, Alexander Rezyapov and Oleg Yegorov will leave the board of directors. Among new candidates are Ivan Dinichenko, Viktor Krivosheyev, Vladimir Raritsky, Ildus Usmanov and Alexander Fesenko, the report says.

CEO Vladimir Bogdanov has also become a candidate to the new board of directors. Among new managers will be Alexander Bulanov, Vladimir Shashkov, Vladimir Yerokhin and Nikolai Matveyev, the report says.
