MOSCOW, January 29. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian oil pipeline operator Transneft will discuss its investment program until 2020 at a cabinet meeting in late February, the first deputy president of the state-run company, Maxim Grishanin, told reporters on Wednesday.
Transneft was drafting its investment program for 2015-2017 and long-term investment plans until 2020, Grishanin said, explaining that in its investment plans the company would proceed from the principle of indexing tariffs based on a co-efficient of 0.9.Moreover, in its forecast until 2020, Transneft will determine main prospects of its investment policy.
