DAVOS, January 23. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said he did not see any sign of global economic recovery.

“We do not see that… globally. A 0.4% growth in Europe is not a growth, it’s nothing,” he said at a plenary session of the World Economic Forum in Davos on Thursday, January 23.

Dvorkovich said Russia “is not separated from the rest of the world and, like the BRICS [Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa] alliance, is a part of the global economy,” he said.
