RUSAL’s RDR go up on deal reports

MOSCOW, January 21 (Itar-Tass) - Russian depositary receipts of the major Russian aluminium producer RUSAL opened 4.5 percent up at 110 roubles ($3.3) per stock on the announcement of a large deal with PhosAgro.

As it wasreported earlier, PhosAgro Cherepovets, part of the fertilizer producer PhosAgro Group, will supply RUSAL, with aluminium fluoride worth 20.062 billion roubles (about $608 million) till late 2034. Over the same period RUSAL will supply PhosAgro Cherepovets with aluminium hydroxide worth 6.449 billion roubles ($195 million) for the production of aluminium fluoride.
