MOSCOW, January 16. /ITAR-TASS/. A moratorium on taxi fares will be in place in the Black Sea resort of Sochi during the Olympic Games it hosts in February, Krasnodar territory Governor Alexander Tkachev told a government session on Thursday.
“A total of 85 agreements on a moratorium on fare increases during the games have been signed with carriers,” the governor said. He said 1,500 cars had permits for taxi services, adding that all were equipped with credit card payment systems.
