MOSCOW, December 20. /ITAR-TASS/. Suburban trains charges will increase by two roubles from the beginning of New Year and reach 28 roubles, the Central Suburban Passenger Company reported on Friday.
The company referred to a corresponding resolution by the Moscow government.
The Moscow region authorities took a similar decision earlier. Thus, from January 1, 2014 suburban trains charges within a tariff zone (10 kilometres) will increase by 1 rouble and reach 17.5 roubles,” an official said.
Railway workers say the existing tariffs have been revised over four years.
