GORKI, December 17. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Gazprom gas giant may sign a 30-year contract with China on gas supplies to that country before Chinese New Year in February, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller told reporters on Tuesday.
“The level of contract readiness is very high, we have just one uncoordinated issue remaining - the base price,” Miller said in reply to an Itar-Tass query. He said the contract could be signed before February, when China celebrates Lunar New Year.
