MOSCOW, December 13. /ITAR-TASS/. Belarus has outstripped Ukraine in terms of trade turnover with Russia in 2013, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday.

“This year’s results demonstrate that Belarus will be ranked first among our foreign trade partners in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS),” he told journalists after a meeting of the cabinet of ministers of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
