MOSCOW, December 05 /ITAR-TASS/. Oil exports from Russia to non-CIS countries over eleven months of the current year decreased by 2.7 percent year-on-year to 209.735 million tonnes, the fuel and energy complex' central dispatch department reports.
In November, oil exports to non-CIS countries remained at the level of past year's - 18.825 million tonnes. This includes exports of Russian resources - 17.163 million tons, oil transit - 1.662 million tons.
