Rosatom’s procurements in 2013 to stand at about RUB 536 bln

MOSCOW, December 03, 22:15 /ITAR-TASS/. This year’s procurements of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom have reached almost 536 billion roubles (USD 1 = RUB 33.15), Rosatom Procurement Manager Roman Zimonas told the ATOMEX-2013 forum of atomic industry suppliers, that opened here on Monday.

“While spending our own funds this year, we have carried out tendering purchases for the total worth of 536 billion roubles,” Zimonas said. He added that those purchases had enabled Rosatom to save about 20 billion roubles in the outgoing year.

Zimonas said that the state corporation has already posted its 2014 programme on its official website. He did not rule out that the programme could be adjusted as new projects would be implemented.
