MOSCOW, December 03, 21:11 /ITAR-TASS/. Rosneft state-owned oil-and-gas company considers buying share in the Lisichansk Oil Refinery in Ukraine.
“We will consider this,” Igor Sechin, Rosneft head, told reporters, when asked if his company plans to buy 50 percent of the Lisichansk Oil Refinery.
The Lisichansk Oil Refinery is the main processing asset of TNK-BP international holding in Ukraine. The refinery can process about 8 million tonnes of crude oil annually. It receives crude oil by Samara - Lisichansk oil pipeline.
