Russian oil exports to Belarus to reach 750,000 tonnes in December

Earlier, Moscow and Minsk agreed on delivery of 300,000 tonnes of Russian oil to Belarus

MOSCOW, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. The Russian Energy Ministry has agreed to supply additional oil to Belarus in December 2013 in amount totaling 450,000 tonnes, a Ministry official told Itar-Tass on Monday.

In all, Russia is planning to export 750,000 tonnes of oil to Belarus this December. Earlier, Moscow and Minsk agreed on delivery of 300,000 tonnes of Russian oil to Belarus, the official went on to say.

He added that the two sides were negotiating the 2014 oil supply balance.

Belarus hopes to receive 23 million tonnes of oil from Russia. However, Russia has not made any final decision pertaining to the amounts of delivery.
