Aeroflot’s net profit increases by 84,1% to $545,2 million

The company’s year-on-year proceeds over the first nine months of 2013 grew by 16.8% to $7.032 billion

MOSCOW, December 02. /ITAR-TASS/. Net profit of Russia’s air carrier Aeroflot in the first nine months of the year has increased by 84.1% to $545.2 million, according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company has reported.

The company’s year-on-year proceeds over the first nine months of 2013 grew by 16.8% to $7.032 billion.

Its carriage year-on-year proceeds grew by 17.8% to $6.259 billion.

The company’s fuel costs increased by 11.4%, against the same period last year and exceeded $1.877 billion ($1.685 over the first nine months of 2012).

Aeroflot’s operating expenses without fuel costs in the first nine months of 2013 increased by 10.1% in year-on-year terms and reached $4.305 billion.
