KIEV, November 27. /ITAR-TASS/. Kiev and Moscow are discussing possible creation of a consortium with Russia’s participation to operate Ukraine’s gas pipeline network, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavitsky told a news conference on Wednesday.
“Ukraine has not suspended talks with Russia on the creation of a gas consortium,” he said. “We are conducting talks saying that we have vast and advantageous opportunities to expand investment activity.”
“In due time we will see what we will arrive at, if we do,” Stavitsky said.
