Russia’s production of petroleum products goes up by over 2% to 32 mln tonnes in Jan-Oct

MOSCOW, November 5 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s petrol production went up by 2.3 percent in January-October 2013, as compared to the same period of the preceding year, and reached 32.113 million tonnes, the central supervisory service for the fuel and energy sector said in its report on Tuesday.

In October, the country’s petrol output made up 3.229 million tonnes.

In January-October, fuel diesel production increased by 4.2 percent to 59.39 million tonnes, including 5.717 million tonnes in October.

In the period under review, the production of furnace oil grew by 2.8 percent to 62.875 million tonnes, including 5.962 million tonnes in October.

In the first ten months of the year, Russia’s jet fuel output increased by 1.6 percent to 8.647 million tonnes, including 800,400 tonnes of jet fuel in October.
