KIEV, October 23 (Itar-Tass) - Ukraine hopes that Roshen Confectionary’s inspection will be ended this week, Agrarian Policy Minister Nikolai Prisyazhnyuk said.
“I believe that today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow the Federal Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights will complete the inspection of Roshen Confectionary,” the Ukrainian minister said on Wednesday.
Ukraine “is optimistic about the fact that the conclusions will be positive and that products will be able to penetrate into the Russian market shortly”, he said.
Last Tuesday Russian specialists started inspecting the corporation’s first enterprise - Roshen plant in Kiev.
Prisyazhnyuk said the inspection was being conducted at two enterprises of the company.
