MOSCOW, October 4 (Itar-Tass) - Russia’s Economic Development Ministry forecasts that capital outflow from Russia will slow down in September, Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told reporters on Friday.

“I would not lay great emphasis to this fact. This is only a prediction,” he said. “We give a slightly delayed indicator with almost a month-long lag. And this is a forecast merely.”

In his words, the forecast most likely will be adjusted. But now “we can speak about a certain decline.”
