MOSCOW, October 1 (Itar-Tass) — An average price of Russia’s Urals oil blend dropped by 3.0 percent in the first nine months of the year on 2012, and stood at 107.73 U.S. dollars per barrel, Russian Finance Ministry’s expert Alexander Sakovich told Itar-Tass on Tuesday.
In September 2013, an average price of the Urals oil blend was 110.86 U.S. dollars per barrel, which was 0.6 percent less than in September 2012 and 0.3 percent less than in August 2013.
In 2012, the average price of the Urals oil blend amounted to 110.5 U.S. dollars per barrel.
