MOSCOW, September 4 (Itar-Tass) - The Russian government’s military-industrial commission will recommend Andrei Klepach to take the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rocket and Space Corporation “Energia”, vice-premier Dmitry Rogozin said.
“We’re planning to complete the formation of the Energia Board of Directors. We’ll recommend Andrei Klepach to chair the board of directors,” Rogozin said.
The new Board of Directors will resolve employees issues inside the corporation, including a possible resignation of Energia incumbent President Vitaly Lopota, the vice-premier said.
In addition, he said one of the Energia shareholders “will back the state. We reached understanding with one of the key Energia shareholders - Lider Company. They will vote unanimously on key issues related to the fate of the corporation”.
