Gasoline and diesel fuel prices rise 5% in Belarus

The prices are revised to partially compensate the increase of the excise rates for gasoline by 45% and diesel fuel by 70% from August 28

MINSK, September 3 (Itar-Tass) - The Belneftekhim company has approved new selling and retail prices for oil products.

Beginning this Tuesday, the prices for gasoline and diesel fuel at filling stations increase five percent on the average.

Now, Ai-92 (92 RON) gasoline costs BYR 7,800 ($0.87), the price for Ai-95 (95 RON) is BYR 8,300 ($0.92) and for diesel fuel BYR 8,500 ($0.95).
