Oil export through Kozmino seaport to reach 30 mln tons in 2014

According to Russian Deputy Energy Minister Kirill Molodtsov

MOSCOW, July 13 (Itar-Tass) - Oil exports through Kozmino seaport located near Nakhodka in the Russian Far East will increase to 30 million tons in 2014, according to Russian Deputy Energy Minister Kirill Molodtsov.

In his estimates, the oil export will make up 7.5 million tons per quarter (three months) in 2014.

The supplies are expected to increase owing to the development of small and main fields belonging to Surgutneftegaz and Rosneft, as well as oil re-delivery from the west of Russia.

Molodtsov is confident that the balance between eastward and westward oil delivery routes will change. The proportion will become clear in September-October 2012, the deputy minister said.

According to earlier reports, Transneft planned to transport 21.5 million tons of oil through Kozmino in 2013.
