MOSCOW, March 22 (Itar-Tass) – Rosneft and the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) signed an Agreement on fundamental terms of delivery of crude oil on conditions of prepayment. The document was signed in the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Rosneft and CNPC signed Agreement on strategic cooperation in geological study, prospecting, extraction and sales of petroleum products.
Rosneft also signed a credit agreement with the State Development Bank of China.
