MOSCOW, March 21 (Itar-Tass) – The volume of funding of the Russian state-funded program for the development of Russia’s Far East will exceed ten trillion roubles, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a government meeting on Thursday.
“There are very many questions over funding, we are about to reach a total figure of financing that is certainly very large, unprecedentedly large – over ten trillion roubles,” Medvedev noted.
“This is an exorbitant sum, but it consists of state funding, borrowed funds, they also should be used, and private investments,” the prime minister added.
