MOSCOW, February 21 (Itar-Tass) – The damage from embezzlement in the RF Defence Ministry investigated within opened criminal cases amounts to more than 13 billion roubles, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee (SK) Alexander Bastrykin said.
He recalled that the damage within these high-profile cases was initially estimated at 3 billion roubles. “And now we estimate it at 13 billion (roubles). The geography is expanding,” said the SK head.
